We use a novel process that uses a combination of solution combustion synthesis, spray pyrolysis and pulse combustion for the production of our nano-materials.
Because of the nature of our process we can prepare nano-materials in sizes from 20 to 100 nm, agglomerated into spheres or hollow spheres from 1 to 10 microns in diameter.
The synthesis can be performed in a reductive or oxidative environment, where in the reductive environment materials can be carbon coated.
The nano-materials have an uniform elemental composition.
It is possible to prepare mixed metal oxides, nitrides, carbides, phosphates, borates or elemental metal. We are also prepared to discuss and try other materials.
The morphology of the material depends on the synthesis conditions and on the precursor. Some morphology may not be possible to obtain for certain materials.
