NANO MATERIALS

  • We use a novel process that uses a combination of solution combustion synthesis, spray pyrolysis and pulse combustion for the production of our nano-materials. 

  • Because of the nature of our process we can prepare nano-materials in sizes from 20 to 100 nm, agglomerated into spheres or hollow spheres from 1 to 10 microns in diameter. 

  • The synthesis can be performed in a reductive or oxidative environment, where in the reductive environment materials can be carbon coated. 

  • The nano-materials have an uniform elemental composition. 

  • It is possible to prepare mixed metal oxides, nitrides, carbides, phosphates, borates or elemental metal. We are also prepared to discuss and try other materials. 

  • The morphology of the material depends on the synthesis conditions and on the precursor. Some morphology may not be possible to obtain for certain materials.
